What components are included in an inspection?

Updated: Feb 11, 2021

You will appreciate the detailed inspection report following your home inspection. Your house will be thoroughly inspected from top to bottom, both inside and out. Your very own personalized detailed and summarized report, complete with dozens of pictures, will be available within 24 hours of completion of the actual inspection.

In an effort to give you the most detailed and comprehensive report, I strive to meet or exceed the inspection standards set by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and their standards of practice. A copy of these standards of practice will be included with your inspection report.

Inspected components include:

All visible and accessible areas as defined per the InterNachi standards of practice

HVAC System

Accessible roofing

All exterior components (gutters, downspouts, drainage)

Windows, doors, and garage doors

Electrical, from the service entrance to outlets and switches

Plumbing

Driveway and sidewalks, porches and decks

Insulation

Attic, basement and/or crawlspace
